Use the Shelter Kit for your protection against the weather. Shelter is one of your core needs! You've got a great kit here with a military-style waterproof poncho and a poncho liner which snaps to it! Use the poncho as a make-shift tent utilising the MSR Groundhog tent stakes. Cozy up in just the liner as a sleeping bag. Bring in some extra protection by using the Life Tent to trap in heat or use it as your tent and snap the liner to the poncho. Make sure to use the included ridge-line that comes with the Life Tent or you've got an extra ridge-line for additional needs (or for a second tent!) Tie down what you need with the tarred bank-line for extra strength that's waterproof! Don't forget the military Shamagh that offers camoflauge, protection from the sun, an extra medical sling or water it down and wrap it loosly around your neck to keep you cool!
