Made-to-Order Bags:

Our bags are custom-built when ordered, which helps us keep costs low and offer you the best quality at affordable prices.

Because each bag is made-to-order, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order ships. This allows us time to carefully create your bag to the highest standard.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on where you are.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Revelation Tactical, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Return:

Unused and Unopened Items: You may return any unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Opened but Unused Items: Items that have been opened but remain unused are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Manufacturer-Warrantied Items: Any items included in our kits that are covered by a manufacturer warranty (and come in their original packaging) are eligible for warranty claims directly through the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy for details.

How to Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Please pack the items securely and include the original proof of purchase along with the RAN on the return package.

Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns on used items or items that are damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

Custom or special-order products may also be non-returnable.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective items, incorrect shipment).

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
